ACCL is an independent pressure group supported by members' subscriptions and run by volunteers.

Membership is open to everyone who exercised their right to buy, (or any member of that person's household) or to anyone who has bought a Leasehold property which was originally purchased under the Right to Buy legislation in the London Borough of Camden.

This website is designed for use by members of ACCL as leaseholders of the London Borough of Camden. Legislation relating to leasehold issues is a complex area and ACCL recommends leaseholders should seek professional advice pertaining to their particular circumstances where necessary. Consequently ACCL accepts no responsibility or liability relating to the application of advice contained in this website to any individual who is not a fully paid up member of ACCL.
