ACCL offers an answerphone service for members who need help and advice on a wide variety of issues related to the ownership of their ex-local authority property.

Leave your name, telephone number and/or address, your membership number and a brief outline of your problem and we will call you back.

Your membership number is required so we can verify your membership prior to giving you advice. Unfortunately we have to ask for this in order to maintain the integrity of the service for our paying members.

Note that access to our Leasehold Support Worker, who can provide specialist legal advice, is ONLY by referral from the helpline.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer help and advice to non-members.

You can also use the helpline to join as a new member.

NOTE - ACCL always recommends that members seek professional legal advice before embarking on legal action against their freeholder, especially in light of Camden's new practice of seeking legal costs wherever possible.
