Dear all

This is your chance to have your say about the way Camden deal with complaints and to make a real difference to how they handle complaints in the future. Please see the letter below taken from the Camden New Journal dated 28.7.05 :

Are you happy with the complaints procedure?

I am carrying out some research into Camden’s Central Complaints Unit, which is the department a complainant would have to deal with, if their complaint reaches Stage Three of Camden’s complaint procedure.

I would like to hear from any Camden complainant that has had dealing with this unit, whether positive or negative, and especially those that did not fill in a “Customer Satisfaction” form.

I can assure you that your name and address will not be divulged to any third party and neither will any part of your complaint, if this is commented on by you.

I want to know how you were dealt with, did you meet with the investigator of your complaint, were you pleased with the outcome of your complaint, did you take the matter further (to the Ombudsman) and if not, why not? The closing date for receipt of contributions is Friday September 30th 2005.

I hope you will take the time you participate in my research?
